Do we provide hostel facilities? And what would be the charges for PG/flat?
Actorkala does not have any in-house hostel, PG or Rental Apartment facility. However, being located in the heart of the city, individuals can find PG, hostel, flat sharing or private apartment accommodation facilities easily as per their preference ranging from Rs. 10,000 and upwards.
Once fee is paid, if i wish to withdraw from the course, will my fees be refunded?
Unfortunately, fees are non-refundable.
What facilities do we provide to our students?
We do provide facilities to our students. A Few of them are the studio access, refreshments, washrooms & pantry facilities.
Is there an age limit to enroll in our courses?
Most of our adult programs require applicants to be 18 years or older. Our Specific courses may have their own age criteria, which would be mentioned in the course details.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the course from Actorkala?
Yes, all students who successfully complete their programs will receive an official certificate from Actorkala. This can certainly serve as a valuable credential when applying for auditions, further training, or industry opportunities.
COURSE FAQ's
Which language is the medium of course instruction?
Our courses are primarily conducted in the Hindi language. However we understand and speak English fluently and on request will offer a translation for the convenience of students.
Is our 3 month diploma course sufficient enough to learn acting?
The 3 month Diploma Programme is designed to train an individual in the specific elements in acting. The practicals and performance oriented training ensures that the actor evolves within 3 months. The Diploma programme will definitely provide you with the technical knowledge and practical experience which is enough for an actor to secure work as a professional Artist.
Could freshers apply for admission into the Diploma Programme?
Even if you have never faced a camera before, its no big issue, freshers can apply for admission into the Diploma Programme in Acting. We will take care of building screen confidence.
Is there any difference between Actorkala and other Acting Schools in India?
The kind of exposure and the experience that the students get at Actorkala is very different and unique than other schools. We teach the students with the most basic ground up approach with modern methods in comparison to other acting schools.
